POS transactions settle instantly. Virtual account payments settle same-day. All settlements are final and cannot be reversed without a dispute process.
Q How do I reconcile payments?

Q What's the chargeback process?
Disputes must be reported within 7 days. We'll investigate and respond within 5 business days. Funds are held during investigation. Contact support@swop.com for disputes.
